1-Year Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage: Psychoteq Innovations provides a 1-year limited warranty on all electronic products purchased directly from us or from authorized dealers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of the original purchase. To claim warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) showing the date of purchase.
3. Warranty Service: If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Psychoteq Innovations will, at its discretion:
  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value and functionality.
4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
  • Damages resulting from misuse (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly), abuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or extreme conditions.
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, unless the product has a manufacturer defect.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
  • Free products.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties.
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
  • Other situations not specified in this policy.
5. Warranty Claim For Quality-Related Issues During The Warranty Period:
  • Online purchase: When applying for after-sales service, please give priority to contacting the customer service of the purchase channel/platform. The customer support of Psychoteq will provide technical support services and service solutions to process your after-sales questions.
  • Offline purchase: Please contact the store / distributor or agent directly to assist with your after-sale question (s).
  • Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
5 (b). Valid Proof Of Purchase To Claim Warranty:
  • Products purchased from www.psychoteq.com: Please provide order number or sales invoice that clearly show the sales channel, product details, price and sales date.
  • Products purchased from other channels: Valid purchase invoice, product information evidence confirmed by Psychoteq Customer team.
6. Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Provide the product details, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect.

7. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Psychoteq Innovations for warranty service. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability: Psychoteq Innovations is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product.
9. No Other Warranties: This warranty is the only warranty provided by Psychoteq Innovations, and no other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided. No employee, agent, or dealer of Psychoteq Innovations is authorized to modify this warranty.
10. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
