At Psychoteq Innovations, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and with the highest quality. Please read the following guidelines for our shipping and delivery policy.

Shipping Country
  • Ghana
Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
  • We offer a range of shipping methods depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and the destination.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for certain locations)

    Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to carrier delays.

  • Accra 1-3 working days. (Fulfilled: Monday - Saturday).
  • Outside Accra: 3-7 business days. (Fulfilled: Monday - Friday).
  • All orders are sent by courier within Accra.
  • Delivery services are door-to-door and courier pick up points only, no P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over ¢500 within Ghana.
  • If the order price is less than ¢500, there will be an additional shipping fee, ranging from ¢25 - ¢100 maximum. (Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Eastern, Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Volta, Western. Greater Accra, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, North East, Savannah, Oti, and Western North regions).

Taxes and Duties
  • The purchase price of products does NOT include import duties, VAT, and other taxes and fees.International Shipping
  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries where DHL operates. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
For bulk orders
  • For an order exceeding ¢10,000 in order to protect the rights of both parties, we require customers to make advance payments through electronic banking.
  • We will promptly deliver the goods to customer(s) as soon as payment is received.
  • Please be aware that before completing a transaction, we will email you the official bank account details for Psychoteq Innovations. This is never a personal account; it is a corporate account for the company.
  • Please do not trust any unofficial contact information for remittance.

Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Psychoteq Innovations is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy

At Psychoteq Innovations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns according to the following guidelines.

Return Window
  • You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your product for all physical purchases and 30 days for all online purchases.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition for a return to be accepted.
Return Process
  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at contact@psychoteq.com or call us at +233 55 323 0088 to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping the Return: Once you have received the RMA number, carefully package the item, ensuring it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets the requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Nylon Cable Ties and Webcam Covers.
    • A package with visible wear or damage.
    • Lost or stolen products.
    • Labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. torn up or altered.
    • Free products.
    • Repairs through 3rd parties.
    • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
    • The product was used or dismantled.
    • Personalized or custom items.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
    • Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or any damage to the exterior of your product.
    • Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations or surges.
    • Applications and use which this product was not intended to.
    • Damage or failure caused by products or equipment not supplied by Psychoteq Innovations.
    • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature.
    • Products used in a commercial setting.
    • Damage or failure caused by improper or faulty installation, product alteration or modification.
    • Damage or failure caused by: Non-Psychoteq Innovations or unauthorized parts, supplies, accessories or equipment; services performed by unauthorized service companies.
Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed, you will be refunded.Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund.
