Returns and Refund Policy

At Psychoteq Innovations, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We have implemented an easy and straightforward return policy for customers. Within the validity warranty period, customers are entitled to free return, exchange, and repair services in compliance with relevant regulations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as non-electronic powered products, may not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer@psychoteq.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Psychoteq or Psychoteq's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

PROCESS:

  • Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Psychoteq must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable).
  • The defective item’s order number and serial number with visible proof depicting the defect are required.
  • It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE:
  • Order number from online purchases made through Psychoteq Innovation or Psychoteq's authorized resellers.
  • Sales invoice.
  • Dated sales receipt from an authorized Psychoteq reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION:

  • After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send the item back.

SHIPPING THE RETURN:

  • Once you have received the RMA number, carefully package the item, ensuring it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

3. EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at customer@psychoteq.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you discover that the items received are not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to exchange them for the correct products. Requests made after this period will not be honoured.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • A package with visible wear or damage.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. torn up or altered.
  • Free products.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties.
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
  • The product was used or dismantled.
  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or any damage to the exterior of your product.
  • Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations or surges.
  • Applications and use which this product was not intended for.
  • Damage or failure caused by products or equipment not supplied by Psychoteq Innovations.
  • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature.
  • Products used in a commercial setting.
  • Damage or failure caused by improper or faulty installation, product alteration or modification
  • Damage or failure caused by: Non-Psychoteq Innovations or unauthorized parts, supplies, accessories or equipment; services performed by unauthorized service companies.

5. SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

NOTIFICATIONS
  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Psychoteq Innovations or Psychoteq's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
  2. Psychoteq Innovations’ limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.
  3. This warranty covers ONLY original Psychoteq products. It is not applicable to normal wear and tear, or any defects arising from damage caused by misuse of this product.
  4. Warranty is for the primary product only or transferable. Any free additional product(s) are not covered in this warranty.
  5. If the product fails regardless of usage in compliance with the instruction manual and other written precaution, replacement will be provided free of charge.

Please keep well your receipt, this warranty covers only Psychoteq Innovations products. It is not applicable to normal wear and tear, or any effects or damage caused by misuse of the product.

Warranty is for primary product only. Additional or free of cost products are not covered under warranty.
